The children of Bess Adams Morton, Stewart Adams, Bill Adams, and Mamie Adams Rachuig were there. The great grandson of Emma Gean Adams Merritt was also in attendance. One time, on the way back home for a visit through McAlister, OK, a car chased them through town but could not catch them. Acid was thrown on their car.
