FILES SUIT ON POLICY
ON CAR ALLEGED STOLEN

       R. L. Smith has filed suit in Falls county district court against the Newark Fire Insurance Co. for $650 claimed due on a policy on an automobile alleged to have been stolen from plaintiff September 22, last, and while out of his possession totaly (sic) wrecked.
