COURT OF CIVIL APPEALS
The court of civil appeals for this
district has reversed and remanded the case of Angelina Hall vs. the I. &
G. N. Ry., Co. In lower court Angelina Hall and children received a verdict of
$5,000 against the road for killing the husband and father, Dave Hall, in the
I. & G. N., yards here. From this verdict the defendant appealed with
the above result.
