PROCEEDS FROM VAN AMBURG SHOW

GO TO CONFEDERATE WIDOWS HOME AT AUSTIN

The amount of $153 has been forwarded by Capt. W. B. Murphy to Mrs. J. B. Beatty, custodian for the U. D. C. at Houston, as their share of the proceeds of the Van Amburg shows that exhibited in Marlin Friday and Friday night.  This fund is to go toward maintaining a Confederate widows home at Austin.
