IN COUNTY COURT

     In county court H. J. Hoelscher was given judgment in a suit styled Dansby vs. Hoelscher. In Walker vs. Elkins, plaintiff was allowed $25.00 for himself and $10.00 for attorney's fee, while Elkins was given a judgment for $25.00 damages. The case of Melton vs. ScovIl is now on trial.
