In The County Court

The October term of the County Court
convened Monday and the first docket taken up was criminal docket.
There is not a great many cases to be tried this term
as the dockets will show.
CRIMINAL DOCKET.
Early Brown charged with theft plead
guilty and was fined $5 and ten days in jail.
Billie Hunnicutt was up on a charge of swindling.
He was acquitted.
Mike Cedeto got $1.00 fine and one day in jail for
theft.
Case against Joe Cook, et al., for adultry was
dismissed.
Set for Oct. 26th:--Jim Willis, Mack Bogan, John Henry

The case of aggravated assault against P. R. Stripling
of Rosebud was taken up to-day.
