In The County Court

    The October term of the County Court convened Monday and the first docket taken up was criminal docket.
    There is not a great many cases to be tried this term as the dockets will show.

CRIMINAL DOCKET.

    Early Brown charged with theft plead guilty and was fined $5 and ten days in jail.

    Billie Hunnicutt was up on a charge of swindling.  He was acquitted.

    Mike Cedeto got $1.00 fine and one day in jail for theft.

    Case against Joe Cook, et al., for adultry was dismissed.

    Set for Oct. 26th:--Jim Willis, Mack Bogan, John Henry Bell,
H. Landrum, Alf Henderson, G. W. Irwin.

    Continued:--John Green, T. J. Galbraith, Vick Cooley, Dan Hughes, O. J. Galbraith,

    The case of aggravated assault against P. R. Stripling of Rosebud was taken up to-day.

    J. B. Brothers vs Western Iron Trust Co, set for Nov. 16th.

    B. F. Boder vs Tom Moore, set for Nov. 16th.

    E. Hall vs B. F. Sikes, set for Nov. 16th.

    Clarke Tucker & Co vs E. Landrum, set for Nov. 17th.

    ? Eppstein vs C. H. King set for Nov. 17th.

    G. W. Bowman vs F. E. and J. W. Brewer, passed for settlement.

    Mose Levy vs Joe Wertzkoweski, judgment by default on promissory notes for $405.45 and $66.27 with foreclosure of liens.

    H. S. Mitthenhal & Co vs A. F. Fergerson, continued for service.

    W. A. Stahl vs H & T C R'y Co, set for Nov. 22nd.

    I. R. Walling vs H & T C'y Co, set for Nov. 22nd.

    John Gothard vs S W & Tel & Tel Co, set for Wednesday 4th week.  Jury by defendant.

    Milton Foster et al vs I & G N R'y Co, set for Nov. 16th.

    The case of N. Melton vs V. A. Scovill has been reset for hearing in the county court Thursday.
