Before the bride and groom entered the parlor Miss Bettie May Hill of Waco sang "I Love You Truly," being accompanied on the violin by Miss Eddie Johnson of Lancaster, both young ladies having been former college chums of the bride. The wedding march was played by Miss Hill with Miss Johnson again accompanying on the violin. The bride and groom entered the parlor together, neither having any attendents. The bride wore a blue traveling suit and hat to match and carried on her arm a boquet of carnations.
After the ceremony the guests assembled in the dinning room to cut the wedding cake and to partake of a buffet luncheon.
Mr. and Mrs. Hubby left at 11:30 for San Antonio to spend several days before returning to their future home in Waco.
