Mr. R. N. Sparks and Miss Katie Fairy were united in marriage Thursday night at eight o'clock, at the residence of the bride's parent. Mr. and Mrs. M. J. Fairy, Eld. I. J. Pringle officiating.
    The wedding was a quiet affair, only members of the family and a few friends being present.
