Cretys Smith Angelo, 84,
born September 13, 1908, in Rogers, Texas, died Wednesday, November 4, 1992
She studied voice and was a soloist for
many years. She had been employed by IRS. Cretys was a member of
the First Baptist Church and enjoyed all outdoor activities, especially
fishing. She was a past member of the Capitol Rod and Gun Club.
Cretys and her husband, Patrick J. Angelo,
recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. She is also survived
by numerous sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM
Saturday in the Weed-Corley Chapel with Reverend Don Searles officiating.
Burial will be in Austin Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests
memorials to the First Baptist Church, St. Austin's Catholic Church or a
charity of choice.
