DIED

     Telegraphic information was received by Col. A. E. Watson Monday morning announcing the demise of his daughter, Mrs. H. C. Jones, which sad event occurred at the Menger hotel in San Antonio.
     Deceased had been ill for several weeks and was sent to San Antonio from her home in Nashville with the hope that the change in climatic conditions would be beneficial.
     The remains arrived from San Antonio Tuesday morning and were interred at 10 o'clock a. m., funeral from the family residence. Services were conducted at the grave by Rev. A. J. Weekes.
