Claudie Krenz

Claudie Mae Krenz, 90, of Waco, died Jan. 5 at a local nursing home. Services will be at 10 a.m., Monday, Jan. 8, 2001 at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 Sunday.

Mrs. Krenz was born April 29, 1910, near Chilton, Texas. She was a long time employee of Gross food market, where she made many friends who will remember her smiling, helpful ways. She was an active member of Central United Methodist Church for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Carl Krenz.

Survivors include her sister, Eunice Arledge of Waco; great-niece and caregiver, Rebecca Davis Shropshire; and nieces and nephews, Amanda Davis, Joyce Payne, Darlene Vaughn, Marvel White, Beth Ridenhour, Jeannine Reid, Perry Polk and Jerry Arledge.

Memorials may be made to National Alzheimer's Association.
