     Bob was the son of Cecil and Josephine (Watson) Miracle. He was raised in Eddy and was a 1963 graduate of Bruceville-Eddy High School. He continued his education at Blin Jr. College, Temple College and Baylor University.

     On Feb. 9, 1974, he married Elizabeth Jane Crawshaw in the Chapel of TSTI in Waco. In the late 1960s, he moved to Richardson and was employed by Burrus-Matthews in Dallas as a salesman. In 1977, he returned to his hometown of Eddy and purchased and operated Miracle Food Store for 19 years, and Miracle Minimax in Moody for three years prior to his 1996 retirement.

     He was a member of First Baptist Church of Eddy and the Bruceville-Eddy Fire Department where he held several offices including fire chief. He loved to barbeque and was president of the Central Texas Bar-B-Q Association. He was a member of the Elk Lodge in Temple, SPJST Lodge 200 and RVO's Lodge 200 of which he served as president. He also loved all sports.

     Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Jane Miracle, of Eddy; son, Jeff Odle and wife, Melissa, of Eddy; daughter, Tammy Yakesch and fiancé, Andrew Klarmann, both of Eddy; sister, Nancy Deviney and husband, Alton, of Eddy; grandchildren, Rebecca Yakesch, Hunter Odle, Garrett Odle and Megan Odle; best friend and companion, his dog, Bear; and his many friends.
