ROSEBUD - Myrtle Pearson, 90,
of Waco, formerly of Rosebud. Died Saturday In Waco Nursing home. Funeral
services will be at 10 A.M. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2002 at
Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud with the Rev. Bill
Dozier officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Monday, Feb. 11
at Cook-Gern-Gross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Pearson was born
in Milam County on Sept. 17, 1911 to James and Arminta Weaver, she married
Louie Pearson in 1929. Mrs Pearson lived most of her life in the Rosebud areas,
until moving to Waco in 1999. She and her family owned and operated the
grocery store in Wilderville, Texas for many years. She also volunteered
at the Heritage House in Rosebud. She was a member of the First
United Methodist Church in Rosebud.
She was preceded in
death by her husband, Louie Pearson, in 1961, a son John Pearson in 1998 and a Grandson,
Mitchell Griffin.
Survivors include a
son, Bill Pearson of Hewitt: daughters, Ann Harris of Waco and Nadine Gullett
of Montrose, Colo; seven Grandchildren and four great great Grandchildren
