     Ron was born to Harry and Nancy (Glass) Rouse. He was in the U.S. Air Force from 1956-1963. He attended Baylor University and was an engineer specializing in aircraft modification and aerospace. He worked for Hercules Inc. for 35 years, then for L-3 Communications for 7 years before retiring. He was a member of Lake Shore Baptist Church.

     He was preceded in death by his parents.

     He is survived by his wife, Hope Reyna Rouse, of Waco; daughters, Tracy Brackeen and husband, Clint, of Hewitt, and Rhonda Blackwell, of Fort Worth; son, Terry W. Rouse, of Waco; brother, Danny Rouse, of Fort Worth; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; mother-in-Law, Maria Reyna; many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
