James Ellis Taylor

April 2, 1939 — March 27, 2002

MARLIN — Services for James Ellis Taylor, 62, of Bremond are set for 11 a.m. Sunday at the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Hammond. Burial will be in the Cottonwood Cemetery in Calvert. Arrangements are under the direction of Robertson Funeral Home in Marlin. Mr. Taylor died Wednesday.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Nell Turner Taylor of Bremond; four sons and two daughters-in-law, Ellis Patrick and Helen Taylor of Carrollton, Texas, James Darren and Bali Taylor and Arthur Andy Taylor and Van Allen Taylor, all of Hearne; a daughter and son-in-law, Grace Evet and William Allen of Waco; two brothers, Mack Gray and Dave Taylor; five sisters, Elizabeth Horton, Jewell Carter, Benell Bailey, Caroline Edwards and Catherine Minnitt; 16 grandchildren, a great-grandchild; and numerous other relatives.
