Theodore Taylor  -  Theodore Taylor was born May 13 1915 in Marlin, Texas to the union of Ernest and Alice Wilson.  After Alice's untimely death Ernest and his children moved to Los Angeles, California.  He met and married Pearl Webb, who was a devoted wife to Ernest and devoted mother to Theodore and his sister Birdell.  (All have preceded Theodore in death.)
    Theodore accepted Christ at an early age.  He united with Pleasent Hill Baptist Church,  in 1925 where he remained a faithfu member until the Lord called him home.
    He received his formal education at Belmont High School and Los Angeles City College.  He met and married Leola Cameron and to that union one son was born, Ernest Leon Taylor.  (Leola preceeded T. L. in death in 1993.)
    He had been employed with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. for 40 plus years when he retired.
    Theodore leaves to mourn, his son; Ernest, two grandaughters; Cerise and Veronica, seven great grandchildren, Roberto, Cheraya, Darcy. Myles, Danielle, Anja and Jasmine, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
Interment:  Inglewood Park Cemetery, Inglewood, California.
