MARRIED.

       Mr. B. A. Pierson, Jr. and Miss Mattie Green were united in marriage last evening at the residence of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. F. Green, on Live Oak street.  The ceremony was performed by Rev. M. T. Andrews, pastor of the First Baptist church.
       Only members of the families and a few friends were present.  After the wedding the bride and groom were given a wedding supper by Mr. and Mrs. Green.
       Mr. and Mrs. Pierson left for Houston where they will remain several days attending the carnival.
