A shiny new toy for kids

Corsicana Fire Engine No. 11 was put into commission once again Wednesday at Community Park, only this time it will serve as new playground equipment for kids visiting the park. The engine was set in place by contractor B. J. Johnson and workers Gary Campoz, right, and Nasario Rodriquez, left. Johnson said the idea to add the engine to the park was that of Corsicana Parks and Recreation Director, Sharla Allen.
